⚠️ Changes for Enterprise clients

Stricter settings for unauthenticated users

As part of vulnerability remediation, the rules for anonymous delivery of global settings (which affect the login screen and the license page) have been changed:

  • Unauthenticated users now receive only settings with the "Visibility setting" toggle explicitly enabled. Previously, a setting with visibility unchecked could also be included in the response.
  • Settings containing "secret" substrings in their names (secret, token, password, smtp, ldap, etc.) are never delivered to anonymous users, even if visibility is enabled.

What to check after the update: whether visibility is enabled for the login screen settings — showBasicLogin, showCustomLoginButtonName, CustomLoginButtonName, enableYandexSSO, showRegistraton, customMenuItems, licensePageHtml. If the login form has "disappeared," open the login page with the ?showBasicLogin=true parameter and correct the visibility in the admin panel.

✨ New Features

  • Voice input in AI chat
You can now dictate messages in the chat and toggle voice input using a hotkey, which speeds up working with long queries and comments.

  • AI assistant for simulation configuration
AI generation of simulation settings based on the diagram is now available: the system automatically selects parameters, saving you time on manual configuration.

  • New mode for viewing simulation results
A dedicated results page with a display mode switcher has been added to make it easier to analyze modeling outcomes for different tasks (managerial overview or detailed analysis).

  • Full-screen simulation canvas
The full-screen viewing mode with "floating islands" allows you to focus on the process scenario and see the whole picture without unnecessary panels.

  • Quick process search by code and number
The process registry now features quick search by "name or number" with support for codes with prefixes (e.g., PROC-22), speeding up navigation through a large process catalog.

  • Human-readable process codes
Process codes are now generated using a clear template: a number within the team and a level pattern, simplifying orientation in complex registries.

  • Personal navigation in Wiki: recent, favorites, drafts, "My"
Personal sections have been added to the left Wiki panel: recently viewed pages, favorites, drafts, and your own pages—making it much easier to find the materials you need.

  • Global search in Wiki
You can now search Wiki content via global search (Ctrl+K) and a separate search in the left panel, helping you quickly find the necessary instructions and regulations.

  • Reusable Wiki fragments and embed pages
A system branch "Reusable" has been introduced, along with the ability to embed page fragments into other documents. This allows you to describe a block of information once and use it in various regulations without duplication.

  • Markdown export with expansion of embedded fragments
When exporting Wiki to Markdown, embedded fragments are automatically expanded into text, ensuring the exported document is self-contained.

  • New experience for working with Wiki pages
The page header has been updated, with comparison against drafts and convenient viewing of version differences with limited content width added—making it easier to approve edits and see what changed.

  • New text formatting panel format
The Wiki editor now features a pinned and "floating" (bubble) formatting toolbar, making text work more comfortable and closer to familiar office editors.

  • Seamless text copying from Wiki
In view mode, you can conveniently select and copy text, just like in a regular document, without artifacts or extra interface elements.

  • Process game quest: interactive stages and archetype gallery
The quest now includes mini-BPMN stages with a timer, an archetype gallery, and "secret endings"—making process approach training more engaging and visual.

  • Contact the sales department directly from the quest
A built-in form for contacting the sales department has been added at the end of the quest, allowing interested users to request a consultation immediately.

  • Custom license page for enterprise clients
The page with the active license can be customized for the corporate brand and include custom HTML content, making the user experience more consistent with internal portals.

🚀 Improvements

  • AI chat: more convenient hotkeys and stable AI review launch
Hotkeys have become more resistant to accidental presses, and the AI review launch is more reliable, reducing the number of failures during operation.

  • Wiki: improved search and page list management
Search results display has been improved (highlighting of the selected result, more prominent headings), clear empty states for lists have been added (“page not selected” / “no pages”), and lists and callout blocks have been moved to a separate page for a cleaner structure.

  • Wiki: safer handling of system folders and fragments
Accidental “dropping” of pages into the system folder is now prohibited, protection against outdated embedded fragments and errors when working with them has been improved, reducing the risk of breaking important sections.

  • Wiki editor: more comfortable formatting and navigation
Hotkeys (including Mac), table of contents alignment, floating toolbar behavior, and separator handling have been improved, making editing more predictable and convenient.

  • Wiki: personal lists work more smoothly
The “Recently Viewed by Me,” favorites, drafts, and “My” pages sections have been refined to update correctly, handle errors, and prevent loss of changes.

  • Process registry: smarter and more consistent search
Quick search now consistently handles process names and numbers, works correctly with prefixed codes, and takes into account codes of parent and related processes, helping to find the required object faster even with partial information.

  • Process registry: more reliable coding rules
Code template rules have been clarified (no extra spaces or incorrect digits at the end), and hints have been added below fields so that users enter codes in the correct format immediately and do not encounter “silent” search errors.

  • Wiki: version comparison and diff viewing are more intuitive
Content width during version comparison has been limited, and handling of drafts and fallback scenarios has been improved, making change reviews more convenient.

  • Marketing pages and registry showcases
Colors of inactive tabs, card placement, mobile layout, and OG images have been updated—information about products and registries now looks neater and is easier to read.

  • Quest: clearer and more stable gaming experience
The mobile interface, timer and metrics pinning, display of locked options, and automatic completion of overly short BPMN stages have been improved so that players do not get confused or “break” the scenario.

  • Authentication and registration
When registration is disabled, the system no longer displays extra links and buttons, and the terms of service consent checkbox is hidden for enterprise users to avoid interfering with corporate login scenarios.

  • Enterprise navigation and licenses
Authenticated enterprise users are correctly redirected to the application rather than the license page, while the automatic redirect from the license page via timer is preserved.

  • Wiki: more convenient handling of favorites and recent pages
Personal lists of favorites and recently viewed pages have been refined to update faster and correctly display the current state.

🔧 Fixes

  • Security of general settings
Sensitive settings and hidden parameters are no longer displayed in anonymous access, reducing the risk of confidential information leakage.

  • BPMN diagrams and comments
Fixed issues with saving private process models to folders and overlapping of adjacent elements by the open comments form, ensuring stable and clear diagram interaction.

  • Process simulation
Resolved errors in the simulation canvas and AI parameter configuration to ensure that simulation runs and analysis proceed without failures.

  • AI chat and voice input
Fixed errors that could interrupt the response stream or cause voice input to malfunction, making AI interaction more reliable.

  • Wiki: stability of embedded fragments
Added additional checks for removed or outdated fragments, improved error handling, and prevented situations where a page could "break" due to embed elements.

  • Payment plans and limits
Fixed the display of plan limits: paid plans no longer show "free" restrictions, and the help for the Personal plan is displayed correctly.

  • Quest: texts and controls
Refined wording on the game completion screen, fixed horizontal swipe that triggered browser navigation, and improved the display of locked endings and archetypes.

  • Orgchart and handover scenarios
Refined the loading of the org structure and the transfer of related diagrams to ensure that data on responsible parties and connections between processes is displayed correctly.

  • Wiki: prohibition of moving to system folder
Removed the ability to accidentally move user pages to system sections, preventing confusion and loss of access to materials.
